Ryegate Co-op is located in the quiet, friendly town of Tecumseh, just a short drive away from the busy urban hubs of Windsor and Detroit. The safe, friendly community offers a unique balance of small-town charm and big city amenities.

The co-op was built in 1991 and has 50 units comprising of 20 – 2 bdrm units, 26 – 3 bdrm units and 4 – 4 bdrm units. Three of our units are fully accessible.
